Maybe add a PhpStorm section in addition to VS Code? I was able to get PhpStorm up and running by following your guidance on VS Code.

All in all, very helpful. With mrcypt being deprecated at PHP at 7.2, maybe tighten that section to be specific to PHP 7.2
